I’m not sure if my company uses Precision Roller but we do have several third party vendors we use for HP, and other manufactures, parts. All of the HP printers I used to work on started with RM1- so it may be difficult to get a rebuilt/used on eBay. I was somewhat promoted a year ago so I don’t really work on HP/desktop printers anymore. If you print a regular text document I’m willing to bet instead of a solid mark you would see text from the previous page.
